Myndfe is a mental wellness and therapy platform that connects users with therapists and provides digital tools for communication, appointments, and mental-wellness support.

When you create or access a Myndfe account, we may collect:

• Profile information
• User ID generated by our authentication system
• Account type or role, such as:

  • Therapist
  • Administrator
• Account creation and authentication information

Myndfe uses mobile-number-based OTP authentication for account access where applicable.

We do not require users to create or remember a traditional password when OTP authentication is used.
